The IP20 press produces all types of pasta, fresh and dry, with or without eggs and gluten-free, not forgetting puff pastry of all thicknesses. It also has the extraordinary ability to work at different humidity levels.
The shafts of the IP20 press are removable for quick and easy cleaning. The power supply is 380 volts, 50 Hz. Special voltages on request.

The RS160 ravioli machine:
With the RS160 ravioli machine, it is possible to produce large quantities of double-layer ravioli, and thanks to the use of a special mould, it is now possible to obtain a thin edge.
The sheet thickness and the filling quantity are adjustable thanks to the micrometric controls. No tools are required to dismantle and replace the mould.
The filling tray, made of stainless steel, has a capacity of approx. 3.5 kg.
All removable parts are mounted on bearings.
The various functions are controlled by lubricated geared motors.

The 7-tray pasta dryer is equipped with an electronic fan.
The production of dry pasta requires the ability to dehumidify the pasta. This is now possible thanks to the dryer and the fan;
The dryer is also useful for the preservation of fresh pasta as it offers the possibility to adjust the ventilation in a light mode in order to keep the shape of the pasta unchanged. Ventilation can be hot or cold. The dryer is made of stainless steel.
All components of the RPC20 are guaranteed for two years.
